If you have a question about our items, please check out the FAQs! If you cannot find an answer, please reach out at hello@lemondragon.co! Please only direct order/store inquires via email and not via social media, as I am unable to ensure that your question will be seen on social media!
Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policies
To ensure the safety of your order, I recommend tracked shipping.
If you wish to use untracked shipment please be aware that I will not be able to offer shipping updates.
PLEASE NOTE; I am not responsible for delayed shipment or lost orders. If there are any issues receiving a parcel after it has been shipped, it is the customer's responsibility to get in contact with their postal service. I cannot offer refunds or replacements due to issues as such.
Please keep in mind customers outside of the United Kingdom may have to pay customs fees. I am not responsible for such fees, nor do we have any control over them.

My order was marked as delivered, but it isn’t here. What do I do?
Unfortunately at the moment, there are issues with some couriers marking an item as delivered several day priors to true delivery.
For more accurate tracking, please use the Royal Mail website.

Returns
What is your return policy?
Items are eligible for a return and a complete refund within 14 days of the shipment date. Due to Lemon Dragon Co. being a small business, return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
If items are not returned in the same condition that they were sent out in (unopened, unused, items unworn, unwashed and tags still attached) and the 14 days have passed, unfortunately you will not be eligible for a refund.
If your item only arrives after 14 days and you are wishing to request a refund, or wishing to receive more information on refunds please email hello@lemondragon.co.
Please note; any refunds submitted directly through PayPal may have a fee associated with it. This is PayPal's policy, and I have no control over it. I am not responsible for PayPal charging fees for money received.
My order is incorrect, defective, or not what I ordered. What do I do?
Please reach out to me at hello@lemondragon.co within 7 calendar days of receiving the order. I will require images of the item, in order to send to my manufacturers. I cannot issue a reprint without a photo of the item

This is not so much an FAQ as much as a heads up/warning. If you follow me on social media, you may have spotted my lovely assistant - my kitty Rhubarb. Rhubie always wants cuddle & to know what I'm up to, so if a couple kitty hairs sneak in your package I'm so sorry! She just wants to give her seal of approval!
